In partnership with the United Nations Global Sustainability Index Institute, it encourages wellness activities in 150 countries. Over 160 curated wellness experiences across J Wellness Circle’s 75+ spas, and a series of virtual live sessions of Indian wellness traditions, will inspire and empower viewers to adopt a healthier and active lifestyle.
J Wellness Circle at select Taj hotels will offer guests a wide range of activities including Yoga and Pranayama, guided meditations, sound healing therapies, Ayurveda discourses and mindfulness among others. Guests can choose from multiple fitness activities like Zumba, aerobics, running and cycling, indulge in the immersive local experiences like the divine Ganga aarti in Rishikesh, aromatic dressing at Udaipur or unwind with a session of mandala art.
