The splendid culinary team at the hotel, headed by the maestro, Chef Alexsander Cheng, has crafted a unique menu for the occasion with panache. The exquisitely curated spread includes dishes like “Crispy Fried Prawns Sautéed with Black Pepper Sauce”, “Stir-Fried Radish Cake with XO Sauce”, “Shui Zhu Beef”, to name a few. Keeping with the popular tradition of eating dumplings for every meal during the Chinese New Year, indulge in the sumptuous “Steamed Chicken Siumai Topped with Caviar” and other choices of dimsums. The selections of rice and noodles will surely transport you to the exotic land of China, including “Fried Rice with Mix Vegetable Wrapped in Lotus Leaf”, Taiwanese style “Chinese Herbed Duck Noodle Soup”, and “Braised Hakka Pork Jasmine Rice with Egg & Tofu” and more to savor.

Desserts have a special place in this lunar new year, and Vintage Asia will offer a stunning set of the choicest and course-enders like “Lost in China – Black sesame sponge, black& white tuile, black sesame ice cream with berry compote”.
