Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal collaborated with TATTVA Wellness presented an exclusive ‘Wellness Morning’ sessionon the 22nd of January, where guests from the hotel and outside joined the activity. Waking up to a beautiful sunrise is always an experience, and when it was coupled with Wellness Morning by Tattva Wellness made it even more special. The ‘Wellness Morning’ was curated to bring calmness and ease to the mind, body, and soul.
The day started with a yoga session led by Radhika Digga where the yoga poses focused on various aspects such as letting go of worries, finding inner peace, and bringing peace to the mind, body, and soul. There were different activities conducted, like mobility movements to increase the strength of joints, Suryanamaskar along with asana, meditation for relaxation, breathing techniques for immunity, and centering, followed by a healthy and scrumptious breakfast spread at the rooftop infinity pool side. Tattva Wellness offered all the guests with therapies for relaxation and rejuvenation and wellness hampers.
