Westin Sohna Resort & Spa is delighted to announce the "Flavours of Freedom Fest," a spectacular Independence Week Food Festival running from 15th to 18th August 2024. This vibrant event promises to blend culinary artistry with patriotic fervor, offering guests an exceptional experience that celebrates the diverse flavors of India.

Join us for a culinary adventure where each day brings a new opportunity to indulge in the rich heritage of India's regional cuisines. From vibrant street food to traditional delicacies, the curated menu showcases the best of North, East, West, and South Frontier regional cuisines, set against the serene backdrop of our lush green oasis of Westin Sohna. 

Highlights of the event include the Independence Day Brunch on 15th August 2024, from 12:30 PM to 04:00 PM. The Flavours of Freedom Dinner will take place from 15th to 18th August 2024, between 07:30 PM and 11:30 PM. Each evening will feature a different regional cuisine, allowing guests to explore the distinct flavors and culinary traditions from across the nation: North Frontier Regional Cuisine on 15th August, East Frontier Regional Cuisine on 16th August, West Frontier Regional Cuisine on 17th August, and South Frontier Regional Cuisine on 18th August at the Red Brick Room. 

Guests will embark on an unforgettable gastronomic journey, celebrating the culinary diversity with the spin of patriotism. Each evening will feature a different regional cuisine, allowing guests to explore the distinct flavors and culinary traditions from across the nation.
