SMOKING BARREL

Ingredients:
- 100 Pipers Whiskey - 60ml
- Charcoal-Smoked Cinnamon Bitters - 20ml
- Honey - as per taste
Method:
- In a mixing glass, combine 100 Pipers Whiskey, Charcoal-Smoked Cinnamon Bitters, and honey.
- Stir well with ice until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed and chilled.
- Pour it in a whiskey glass. Garnish with a burnt cinnamon stick.

Ingredients:
- Bourbon whiskey - 30ml
- Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge - 30ml
- Lime juice - 15ml
- Ginger ale
Method:
- In a shaker, combine Bourbon whiskey, Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge, and lime juice.
- Shake well with ice until thoroughly chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a Tom Collins glass filled with ice. Top up with ginger ale.
WONDER OF ARABICA

Ingredients:
- Chivas Regal 12 - 60ml
- Brewed coffee - 20ml
- Litchi juice - 30ml
- Lime juice - 15ml
- Simple syrup - 20ml
Method:
- In a shaker, combine Chivas Regal 12, brewed coffee, litchi juice, lime juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake well with ice until thoroughly chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a whiskey glass filled with ice. Garnish the drink with coffee beans.
