Recipe: HOT CHILLI CHOCOLATE

Ingredients :

1. Drak chocolate -250gm

2. Choco chip- 10gm

3. Sugar – 50gm(to taste)

4. dry chilli flakes -30gm(deseed)

5. cold milk -300ml

6. heavy cream-100gm

7. cinnamon stick powder – 3pinch

8. nutmug powder -1 pinch

Method :

· Place a pan over slow heat put chocolate, sugar,and the deseeded red chilli flakes, mix it until it melts

· Add milk, heavy cream and slowly mix it

· Finally, add powdered cinnamon and nutmug

· Remove the pan from heat, strain and serve

Recipe: NUTELLA BROKEN COOKiES HOT CHOCOLATE MALT

Ingrdients :

1. Milk –100ml

2. Drak chocolate -50gm

3. Nutella -50gm

4. Choco cookies -5 pieces ( broken)

5. Pista flakes -2gm (for garnish)

Method:

· Heat the milk in a small sauce pan

· Turn off the hat and whisk the chocolate and nutella, whisk the mixture until the milk is forthy and light in texture

· Add broken choco cookies

· Pour into the glass. Garnish with pista flakes and broken choco cookies
