Winter Special Sizzler Festival at Olive Bistro

All-day diner Olive Bistro is set
to make your winter merrier with a special Sizzler Fest. Conceptualized by Chef Jyotika Malik, foodies can now savour lip-smacking vegetarian and non-vegetarian delectables on a hot plate. 

Vegetarians can pick from options
like Mushroom Cannelloni,
mushroom and vegetable stuffed cannelloni, served with spaghetti, buttered vegetables, French fries and a cheese sauce (INR 690);
Pepper Cottage Cheese,
peppery spicy cottage cheese served with roasted garlic fried rice, buttered vegetables, French fries and black pepper sauce (INR 690); or the
Cheese Steak,
crumb-fried cheese steak; served with spaghetti, buttered vegetables, French fries, jalapenos and cheese sauce (INR 720).

For non-vegetarian diners, there
are two chicken preparations. Pick from the classic American style BBQ Chicken,
marinated chicken breast, grilled to perfection, served with French fries, spaghetti, buttered vegetables and BBQ sauce (INR 790); or the North
Indian style Chicken Tikka,
boneless chicken leg marinated in tikka masala, served with French fries, onion mint rice, buttered vegetables, served with makhani sauce (INR 830).  For a heartier meal, try the Andhra style
Mutton Kebab
served with French fries, roasted garlic fried rice, buttered vegetables with red wine jus (INR 870).

The menu features fresh seafood options like the
Calamari & Prawns sizzler
with Aglio e olio
calamari and prawns served with French fries, roasted garlic fried rice, buttered vegetables with lemon butter sauce (INR 999); and
 Peri
Peri Prawns,
peri peri-marinated tiger grill prawns served with French fries, spaghetti, buttered vegetables, hot peri peri sauce (INR 1100).

The Sizzler Fest at Olive Bistro runs from January 20 to February 3, 2020.
