“Pink Wasabi was something I conceptualized after my travels abroad wherein I wanted to create a space whose décor and interiors change and give you almost a new restaurant based on the season. Many premium dining spots abroad transport you to feel the vibe of the season with fall décor or Christmas specials or summertime themed menus. With Pink Wasabi, we want to give our Indian customers a luxury one-of-a-kind experimental dining experience thereby giving them something new to look forward to which exacerbates the wonderful Christmas spirit,” says owner Prasuk Jain.

“We have launched a new Winter Wonderland menu for the season which is our take on a Christmas menu with 12 hot dishes and 12 cold dishes. The first is to warm our patrons if they are feeling the winter vibe and the second is to promulgate the winter feeling. Our cold dishes will include cold chilli noodle salad, burrata salad, Vietnamese spring rolls, certain avocado Sushi, crush ice snow corn on the cob with the piece de resistance being the Snow World Ball with pistachio coulis and apply jelly,” said Prasuk Jain. “Our hot dishes will include the roasted Turkey, salmon and crab sushi, turkey dumplings, sizzlers ending with the traditional Christmas Pudding.”

As if that isn’t enough motivation to have you singing “White Christmas” on repeat, don’t miss the White Christmas Martini with vanilla vodka and white chocolate liqueur and cream de cacao or the Jolly Christmas Punch which is a blend of tequila and punch with a dash of peppermint liquor.
