1. Chocolate Thandai Panna Cota

· 1 tsp Black Peppercorn

· 2 tbsp Dry rose petal

· ½ cup Almonds

· 2 tbsp Fennel seeds

· 3 tbsp Cashew nuts

· ¼ tsp Saffron

· 2 tbsp Castor sugar

· 2 tbsp Poppy seeds

· 9 nos Green cardamom

· 1 cup Soaked agar

· ¼ cup Cadbury cocoa powder

· Buy

· 1 nos Cadbury dairy milk silk

· Buy

· ¼ cup Whipped cream

· 1½ cups Milk

· ½ cup Fresh Cream

Cooking Instructions

Step 01: Dry roast almonds, cashew nuts, black peppercorns, fennel seeds and cardamom for few minutes

Step 02: Add poppy seeds, dry rose petals, saffron. Dry roast them until they are fragrant

Step 03: Cool down and grind them into a powder

Step 04: Mix fresh cream and Cadbury cocoa powder in a bowl

Step 05: Heat milk, add castor sugar and mix well

Step 06: Add Cadbury cocoa powder mixture and mix well

Step 07: Add soaked agar and mix well

Step 08: Strain the mixture and add thandai powder, mix well

Step 09: Melt Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk in a bowl

Step 10: Pour the mixture into the serving dish, spread evenly and refrigerate for 7-8 hours. Pour melted Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk and refrigerate for 40 - 50 mins. Pipe Whipping cream, add thandai powder in the center, and garnish with dry rose petals.

2. Chocolate Modak

Ingredients

For The Outer Coating

· 10 nos Cadbury Dairy Milk

FOR THE MODAKS

· 1 cup desiccated coconut

· ⅛ cup milk powder

· ¾ cup full-fat milk

· ½ cup sugar

· 2 nos Cadbury Dairy Milk

· 2 nos Cadbury 5 Star

· 6 nos Cadbury Dairy Milk

Cooking Instructions

Step 1: For outer coating, melt Cadbury Dairy Milk in a pot and keep aside in a bowl

Step 2: For Modak, in a non-stick pan, take desiccated coconut, milk powder, milk, and sugar, and cook the mix for 4 minutes

Step 3: Now add Cadbury Dairy Milk and Cadbury 5 Star and stir till the chocolate bars have melted. Cook this for 2 minutes till the entire mixture starts separating around the sides of the pan

Step 4: Let it cool down completely. Now take a modak mould and press the mixture into it. - Unmould it and repeat the process till you have used up all the mixture

Step 5: Now dip the modaks we made using a dipping fork in the bowl with melted Cadbury Dairy Milk. Allow it to set at room temperature for 10 minutes and you are all set

3. Ginger and Cinnamon Hot Chocolate

· 1½ tbsp Cadbury hot chocolate powder

· 1 cup Milk

· 1 tbsp Sugar

· ½ tsp Ginger powder

· ¼ tsp Cinnamon powder

Cooking Instructions

· Step 1: Measure all the ingredients.

· Step 02: In a vessel, pour some milk and sugar, and start heating it at low heat.

· Step 03: Add the Cadbury Hot Chocolate Powder, some cinnamon, ginger to the vessel. Make sure everything is well dissolved.

· Step 04: Continue heating the milk for 5-8 mins., till it thickens. Then, switch off the flame.

· Step 05: If you like a thicker consistency of hot chocolate, you can add another tbsp. of the Cadbury Hot Chocolate Powder. Otherwise, remove the vessel from heat.

· Step 06: Serve it warm for a cozy rainy season sip.

1. Cadbury Loaded Pinata Cake:

For the Cadbury Loaded Pinata Cake

· ½ cup Cadbury Cooking Block Dark

For the filling

· Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk Caramello

· Cadbury Gems

· Cadbury Oreo Dipped Cookies

· 1 tbsp colourful sprinkles

Cooking Instructions

Step :1 : Measure the ingredients: Cadbury Cooking Block Dark

Step 2: Melt the Cadbury Cooking Block Dark in a pan. Stir continuously. Set aside

Step 3: Pour the melted chocolate into the Pinata mould and swirl it. Make sure the chocolate covers all the edges of the mould

Step 4: Pour off the excess chocolate and refrigerate for 10 minutes until the chocolate sets completely

Step 5: Once the chocolate sets, carefully peel the Pinata chocolate shell off the mould

Step 6: Dribble chocolate sauce on the shell and decorate with edible pearls. Set aside

Step 7: Measure the ingredients for the filling: Cadbury Oreo Dipped Cookies, Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk Caramello and Cadbury Gems

Step 8: Fill up your pinata cake - lay out the ingredients and cover with the Pinata shell. When ready, break with hammer and enjoy

2. Chocolate Sandesh

Ingredients:

· 1 cup fresh chenna

· 4 tbsp Grated Cadbury Chocolate

· 4 tbsp sugar

· 1 tbsp ghee

· Pistachios to garnish

Cooking Instructions

· Step 1: Mix chenna and sugar and knead till smooth

· Step 2: Heat a heavy-bottom or non-stick pan. Add the ghee and the paneer mixture. Cook on low flame. Stir continuously

· Step 3: Melt the Cadbury chocolate in a double-boiler or in a microwave

· Step 4: Add to the chenna mixture. Cook till the mixture leaves the sides and comes together like dough. Remove from heat

· Step 5: Knead again till it’s smooth or blend in a blender

· Step 6: Break the dough into small balls. Shape them with a mould or press gently into shape with hands, and place pistachios in the middle. Your choco-sandesh is ready

3. Chocolate Harvest Chikki

Ingredients

· 1½ cups Sugar

· 1 tbsp Pista

· 1 tbsp Dry rose petals

· 1 tbsp Almond

· 1 tbsp Cashew Nuts

· 2 nos Cadbury dairy milk

· 1 tsp Ghee

· 1½ cups Roasted sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

· Step: 1: Combine sugar and water in a pan and cook until sugar caramelizes

· Step 2: Add roasted sesame seeds, add roasted and peeled peanuts, mix well

· Step 3: Add cadbury dairy milk and mix well

· Step 4: Then add ghee and mix well

· Step 5: Pour the mixture on a lined tray, spread evenly and allow it to cool

· Step 6: Add cadbury dairy milk in a bowl and microwave it for 20 - 30 secs

· Step 7: Pour melted cadbury dairy milk on the chikki and spread evenly

· Step 8: Sprinkle chopped cashew nuts, pistas, almonds and dried rose petals and allow it to set. Cut and serve.
