CHOCOLATE PRALINE/BON BON
Ingredients
Dark chocolate –500 grams
White chocolate – 100 grams
Coco butter –20 grams
Cream -150 grams
Fat Soluble color red – 5 grams
Method
Mix red color with coco butter and cool it down
Take out 50 percent chocolate, boil cream and mix with chocolate
Melt the remaining dark chocolate and white chocolate
Apply colored coco butter in your molds with the help of brush
Pour the chocolate into the mold and take out the access by turning it upside down
Fill the mold with ganache and then cover the open face with remaining chocolate.
Cool it down in refrigerator for 30 minutes and take it out.
