World Leadership Congress & Awards

The World Leadership Congress & Awards in association with Asia Food Congress & World Sustainability Congress have brought together a platform to honour the hospitality industry in their strength and sense of community during the upheavals of the pandemic. 

As the Hospitality Industry picks up, it’s the perfect time to celebrate those that took measures to ensure we come out of this pandemic together stronger than before. The event was held at Taj Lands End, Mumbai on Tuesday, 22nd March, 2022. 

Among the many esteemed categories such as CEO of the Year & Outstanding Business Leader in various industries, Chef Jerson Fernandes was awarded with the Most Admired Chef by the Academic Council & Awards Jury.

Chef Jerson Fernandes, Executive Chef at Novotel Mumbai, Juhu, is not only admired for his charming looks but also for his dedication towards sustainability. He values the importance of food and ensures measures to reduce wastage and also grows his own produce wherever he goes! 

From organising beach clean up drives to even blood donation drives, he prioritizes the simple values lost in the current time and has stacked up achievements at a young age fueled by his passion.
