World’s smallest chef and fun dining show Le Petit Chef debuts in the capital city at Shangri-La Eros New Delhi

(National Capital Region, 27 May 2023) For the first time in the capital city, Le Petit Chef, the smallest chef in the world (only 6 cm tall), will be entertaining patrons with an immersive dining experience at Shangri-La Eros New Delhi from 3rd June 2023, onwards. Guests are invited to journey through a gastronomic adventure during an extraordinary one and a half hour dining experience that brings the best of 3D mapping and creative cuisine to the table with the element of surprise.

Orchestrated with live hosts, delectable elements, and exclusive props to enhance personalised engagement. Le Petit Chef will serve a five-course classic European cuisine menu available as vegetarian and non-vegetarian with interactive storytelling technology staged directly on guests’ plates. This immersive culinary journey is the best of theatre and dining combined, accommodating 32 guests per dining experience. The classic French menu is prepared with fresh ingredients and presented with flair and offers signature preparations such as Truffle Burrata, Seafood Bisque, Prosecco-infused Lobster Thermidor, Spring Chicken Roulade, Lasagne Primavera, Crème Brulé, Chocolate Pot De Crème and more.

This innovative dining experience delivers, using 3D projection mapping, the story of a small, animated chef onto diners’ plates, where he proceeds to cook their food in front of them.
