‘Yi’ means ‘to change’ and ‘Jing’ means ‘the classic’- Yi Jing, the classic and creative Chinese restaurant at Sheraton New Delhi announces the launch of its new menu. Our brigade of culinary designers and master chefs bring you a contemporary reinterpretation of time-tested recipes and popular preparations.

The new menu at Yi Jing is a blend of refreshing flavors and a great selection. Inspired by traditional techniques, every recipe here is curated with the choicest ingredients and reimagined for the modern-day connoisseurs.

The menu repertoire at Yi Jing is a tribute to the celebrated tastes of Sichuan and Hunan. Displayed in the spotlight amidst a star-cast are specials such as Sake & Edamame Dumplings, Cantonese Style Lotus Stem, and Sichuan Style Crispy Prawns.
