About Reboot: A Career Community for Women- 

Reboot : A Career Community for Women , constantly tries to experiment and reinvent and strongly believe that in order to create an enabling ecosystem, whether for women to return, sustain careers, feel safe at work, there is a critical need to engage men, make them aware and sensitize them to challenge our collective patriarchal conditioning and mindsets. Without involving men in the conversation, we cannot expect to have a gender-balanced world, ie., Planet 5050, by 2030.

Mardon Waali Baat is just that. India’s first platform for men and women to embark on the gender equality journey together.

We invite all men. Women are welcome too.
