Hyatt Regency Kolkata completes 20 glorious years in the city of Joy and general manager,Kumar Shobhan extended his heartfelt gratitude and love to our patrons and guests who have partnered to the success of the hotel.His special mention of “Bhalo Thakben ” to all the guests , words which he incorporated in his greetings to guests when he started his journey in 2019.He expresses how fast these three years have gone by and how Hyatt Regency Kolkata accelerated the challenging times of the pandemic by improving its efficiencies and finding creative solutions .We continue to be the cornerstone of hospitality with refurbished rooms, renovations, technology innovations,philanthropic efforts and many new culinary experiences.

Club Prana 

Club Prana is the ultimate destination for rejuvenation and relaxation with its renovated spa huts and experienced therapists .This state of the art fitness center with tennis and squash coat and salon not only attracts the in house guests but a lot of wellness enthusiasts from the city . As a part of our Find experience we curated “Wellbeing at Hyatt ” a one hour session that includes a journey of spiritual,emotional and mental wellbeing. The hotel offers yoga,meditation,pranic healing,cross fit training, swimming along with specially crafted nutritional experience.

Re imagined Waterside Cafe 

The entire Waterside Café has been reimagined with a new Vigor. With a bustling kitchen, serene landscaping, high ceiling and engaging team members, this new avatar of waterside café has been the dining destination of the city. “Taking inspiration from my travels across the globe and taking account of the change in scenario across the world, I wanted to introduce the confluence of global food trends that philosophize the newly interpreted cuisine culture. We wanted to bring to the food land of the nation, a world of progressive inter-cultural cuisine whilst also creating a culinary destination that can seamlessly transform through the day to night .” 

The Bakery 

The renovated Bakery offers relaxed seating for quick business meetings or casual ones.The bakery products have been made keeping in mind gluten free and healthy options . In addition to delectable pastries and cakes, The Bakery also offers retail products and artisanal ice creams from the ice cream cart.Our engaging baristas would ensure that your cuppa is perfectly made. 

Hyatt at Home – Hyatt Regency Kolkata introduced the unique and innovative concept of unique dining experience to the discerning guests at the comfort of their homes. It not only includes the home delivery or the outdoor catering but an initiative to experience our expertise and impeccable customer service at the comfort of their homes.

Dine Art – 

One property we are very proud of is Dine Art. It is to bring in right minded people who appreciate food, art and music. The first event had people from different walks of life where chefs had put art in their food. Sourendra and Soumyajit made sure that everyone is mesmerized by dishes with an experience.Since 2019 , we have done two events and the next one is planned for November 

Our Bar has been given the facelift with innovative cocktails and some very unique single malts. The idea is to make the place a cigar and malt destination. 

La cucina is one of the first authentic Italian restaurants and still is very popular amongst its patrons.This restaurant has hosted many dignitaries and celebrities. One of my favorites in the city as well. The only Italian Brunch is a celebration in itself every sunday. 

Relieving memories – Events 

When we talk about event spaces,Kolkata has considered us to be the most loved venue for their celebartions from engagement ceremonies to weddings, baby showers and anniversaries. The expanse of the outdoor spaces enables us to host two weddings at the same time. 

Incog – Upcoming 

This winter we are activating our outdoor venue to provide maximum offerings to our guests . This includes the new destination Incog. The name itself suggests that this venue is very unique, overlooking the facade of the hotel with a very interesting walkway towards the venue. This place will be promoted for sundowners and few pop ups. A place for great cocktails and conversations with friends, family and business partners.

The Poolbar will be activated with beverage offerings and a weekend destination.
