The Westin Chennai Velachery announces the appointment of Suman Kumar as the Director of Sales & Marketing 

Suman brings with him over 17 years of diversified experience in hospitality, media and retail. In this role his key tasks are to work towards positioning the property as a premium destination for business / leisure travelers while creating exceptional Food & Beverage and wellness experiences for the residents of Chennai. He will also be responsible for the smooth execution of the hotel business and marketing plan and meeting the revenue goals of the hotel.

Prior to this, he was associated with brands such as The Tata Group, Randstad, The Residency group of hotels and Accor Hotels, which was also his last assignment.

In his spare time he enjoys reading and believes in personal development.
