Happy Thai collaborated with world-class Chef from Blue Elephant Chef Nooror for an exclusive Chef’s table

Happy Thai – India’s first indigenous Authentic Asian fast-casual dining chain hosted an exclusive celebrity chef’s table with renowned MasterChef from Blue Elephant Chef Nooror.

Chef Nooror and Happy Thai recently collaborated and curated a menu which offeredthe taste of the Royal Thai Cuisine all the way from the kitchen of Blue Elephant. 

The special menu included Chef’s signature dishes catering to the delights of vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The menu offered a tour to all thai enthusiast through salads, soups, starters, main courses and desserts.

From fresh salads such as Yellowfin tuna salad, Budu Papaya Prawn salad, Mieng Pomelo Salad to interesting main-course dishes like Garden Green Curry, Tofu with chilli paste and long beans, Seabass with Chilli Paste and Coconut Meat, Three Flavoured lamb , Forgotten Sticky Rice in Lotus leaf  to name a few. For a sweet conclusion to the grand meal, the menu offered Pistachio Cake and the traditional Thai dessert Tab Tim Krob – a faux pomegranate rubies in sweetened coconut milk, from the vast menu perfectly embodying the Thai cuisine.

Speaking on the collaboration with Happy Thai, Chef Nooror said,” “Happy to visit Mumbai and offer our signature Royal Thai cuisine to the city. I have closely worked with the Happy Thai teamto bring a very special menu, comprising of my mother’s old secret recipes specifically suited for the Indian palette.”
