Pullman & Novotel New Delhi Aerocity appoints Director of Culinary, Chef Neeraj Tyagi, to head the Culinary team at the dual property

New Delhi, 16th November 2019:  Pullman, New Delhi an epitome of the perfect blend of elegance and the vibrant & lively Novotel, New Delhi, both located at the trendiest new destination in the capital Aerocity have announced the appointment of Neeraj Tyagi as the Director of Culinary of the upscale hotel. With Excellence Everyday as his motto, he will be responsible for the entire culinary operations across the 6 Restaurants & Bars of the complex (Pluck, Honk, Food Exchange, Pling, Café Pluck, and Quoin).

In this new role, he will be curating and presenting innovative dishes with a distinctive twist and handling operations of culinary teams of all the outlets at the dual properties, offering exquisite and modern gastronomy to guests.

An alumnus of IHM Meerut, his skill set includes menu planning and engineering, budgeting and resourcing, vendor management, food safety and hygiene, forecasting, cost control, and quality control. His impeccable attention to detail and hardworking nature has led to his achievements in the hospitality field. With exposure across international markets of Europe, Singapore, China, Maldives, and the Middle East, Chef enjoys experimenting and improvising with varied flavors and cooking styles to suit the modern-day palate.

With a vast array of experience and knowledge, Chef Neeraj has been the driving force behind some of the world’s top luxury brands. He has worked earlier with Shangri-La’s – Eros Hotel, New Delhi where he was instrumental in the turnaround of the food & beverage offerings at the hotel and the successful opening of five popular outlets. Previously the Chef has also worked with many renowned and luxury hotels including the Kempinski Hotel in Jordan, The Claridges Hotels & Resorts in New Delhi, The Welcome Group Marriott in New Delhi, The Grand Hyatt, The Park Royal in New Delhi and The Amrutha Castle in Hyderabad.

A travel enthusiast and explorer, Chef Neeraj is known for this excellence in gastronomy and has received several accolades. He has won Chef of the year award by BBC Good Food, Best Executive Chef of the Year by BW Hotelier, Runner up by Hotelier India and many more.
