Christmas celebrations are in full swing, and The Classroom by La Folie has a very special treat planned for guests. On Friday, December 6, 2019, Chef Ragini from Third Culture Cooks will guide participants through a traditional English Christmas lunch class. What sets Chef Ragini’s classes apart is that she guides participants to create menus derived from recipes from regions marked by conflict.

In this class, participants will create a family meal, filled with festive foods and Christmas treats for the whole family.

Note: Light lunch will be provided during the class

Pigs in a blanket

Mushroom vol-au-vents 

Mains: Garlic and Rosemary Roast Turkey 

Mushroom and Walnut Nut roast 

Sides:

Perfectly roasted potatoes

Brussel sprouts with roasted nuts

Honey glazed carrots

Yorkshire pudding

Sage stuffing

Onion gravy
Spicy apple sauce 

Dessert:

Mince Pie crumble with custard

Gingerbread spiced cake with cream cheese frosting
