Description: TYGR, A Modern Thai Bar & Grill, has recently launched a new menu, marking and celebrating its one-year anniversary! The new menu offers TYGR’s distinct flavours and unique combinations of ingredients, all of which are prepared under the direction of Massive Restaurant’s Executive Chef, Sahil Singh. This new menu offers options for all your Thai cravings.

Dishes vary from small & large plates, such as Dehydrated Chilis and Coriander; Thai-Style Aromatic Duck with Sweet & Sour Dressing; and Roti Canai with Avocado and Curried Pepper Mayo; Sliced Belgian Pork Belly; Tofu and Truncated Soy, Roasted Peanuts and Bird’s Eye Chili, and more.

Curries are an essential part of a hearty Thai meal, and TYGR doesn’t disappoint, with their extensive selection of Red, Green, Massaman, Panang or Yellow Curry, which can be made vegetarian, or with chicken, prawn, lamb or duck. Also, a part of the new menu are Thai staples such as Pad Thai Vermicelli Noodles; Truffle-Scented Corn and Spinach Fried Rice; and Kanomjin Noodles, a sweet and sour dish, made from fermented rice noodles. An additional series of Desserts include options like Chocolate Fudge; Lemon Tart; Tropical Dome; and Classic Tiramisu
