Chef Tania, who has specially flown from Mexico City for this festival, will entice your taste buds while you spend an interactive evening with her on understanding this fusion of indigenous Mesoamerican cuisine. Tania along with the hotel’s Executive Chef Dinesh Mhatre and his team will cook up mouth-watering creations while taking you on a spice rendezvous.

Satiate in piquant and authentic Mexican dishes like Mushroom soup, Pibil Shrimp Tostadas, Gorditas, Chicken Zacahuil, Stuffed chili with vegetables and caldillo sauce and much more along with live counters of Burritos and Tacos. This gastronomic journey will end with traditional mouth-watering Mexican desserts such as Churros, Pan de Elote, Palanquetas and more.
