Celebrity Executive Chef Gautam Mehrishi is crafting a special 7-days feast at Nawab Saheb, Renaissance Mumbai where he displays his journey and expertise with the regional cuisines of India. By focusing on a different cuisine each day, the extensive food menu ranges from Agra to Benaras, flavourful royal heritage from Rajasthan, and hidden jems from Dehalvi, Bhopali, Peshawari cuisine amongst others.

Some of the signature dishes are Dariyan ganj ke soya chap, Khadey maslaey ka jheenga, Shikara baingan masala, Saufiyani Khamiri, Paharganj ki seekh, Chandani chowk ki tikki, Gosht ki shikampuri and Dessert by Chef on Wheel with many more on the plate to offer.
