Date Night Special – Dimsum Making at Foodhall Cookery Studio

Description: Make it a night to remember! Join us for our dimsum date night classes, to learn the traditional art of dim sum making, from scratch. From making the perfect dough for the skin to cooking different stuffing’s and finally folding them & steaming them to perfection, we will teach you everything. Enjoy your hand-cooked dimsums along with a salad, a dessert and a glass of wine at the end of the night.

Learn to make one type of dimsum dough from scratch 

Learn to make asparagus, water chestnut & Corn Dumpling 

Learn to make pan-seared, wild mushroom dumpling 

Learn to make Fried Corn & Cheese dumpling

Learn to make two types of dim sum sauces (chili oil, lemon coriander sauce, ginger scallion sauce and flavoured soy) 

Salad, Soup & Dessert will be served during dinner

A glass of wine will be served during the class

Non-Vegetarian:

Learn to make chicken & shiitake pan-seared dumpling
