Pune, March 2021: Aashka Sodha has been appointed as the Human Resources & Training Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Pune. In her new role, Aashka will be responsible for the overall administration of recruitment, strategic HRM, training, and development, employee relations, and retention.

Aashka Sodha comes with strong experience in the hospitality industry spanning over 13 years as a Trainer with 3.5years as HR where she has worked with global brands such as IHG, Marriott, ITC Fortune Hotels, Yum! India, deGustibus Hospitality Pvt Ltd, Niranta Transit Hotel (IAHR), Sun Island resort and spa, Maldives and Fushifaru Resort, Maldives.

Aashka Sodha is an Audacious Traveller and is passionate about photography, fitness fanatic.
