After working with her family business Reset Life (Fitness Centre), Siya was surrounded by people looking to make healthy lifestyle choices. Being a fitness enthusiast and target of PCOS, Siya was always looking for healthier alternatives to her favorite foods. She then took up a few short courses in baking & patisserie and started experimenting with vegan, gluten-free, and sugar-free desserts, which turned out to be excellent alternatives. After days and nights of research and trials, Zinque was born in December 2021. “Zinque” means bold and fearless and that’s what the brand stands to create in terms of flavor as well as choice of ingredients.
