Elroy Tulkar appointed as Director of Operations, Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center

Bengaluru, July 25, 2018: Elroy Tulkar has been appointed as the Director of Operations at Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center. With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Elroy has worked in both the Indian and International markets. In his role, he will oversee the day-to-day activities of the hotel and lead the management team in planning and strategizing operational and administrational aspects.

As the Director of Operations, he is focused on improving guest satisfaction and developing strategies to increase operational efficiency and creating productive working environments for the team. His expertise lies in bringing an innovative approach into his management skills and maintaining a high level of excellence in all tasks.

Elroy began his career with Taj Exotic, Goa as the Assistant Restaurant Manager. He has also been extensively associated with Hyatt Hotels India Pvt. Ltd., where he has worked with Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa and Grand Hyatt Dubai. Prior to joining Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel and Convention Center, he was Cluster Executive Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage, and Marketing, at Jumeriah Hotels – Al Seef by Meraas Dubai.

Elroy is an ardent reader and enjoys sitting with a good book in his spare time.
