Chef Sebastien Kardinal’s specialization lies in revising French and international gastronomic specialties and crafting their vegan versions. From tasty Basquaise and Shepherd’s pie to Blanquette old and stuffed tomatoes, learn the secrets to great vegan cooking. You will have the opportunity to ask questions during the live demonstration and taste the delicacies prepared.

Following the engaging masterclass, will be a sumptuous lunch buffet, which will include crafted vegan specialities by Chef Sebastien Kardinal for you to savour.
