A Delicious Tuscan Affair at Marriott Suites Pune

For the first time in Pune, Marriott Suites Pune in association with Fratelli Vineyards has the pleasure of presenting to you, the stalwarts of regional Tuscan cuisine, Chefs Monica and Franca. Founders of the Tuscan dining icon and Michelin Guides rising star, La Laconda Di Pietracupa in Italy, the two chefs will bring to the table the culinary traditions of Tuscany. Chefs Monica and Franca’s story perfectly represents what Italian cuisine is about – tradition, passion, culture and innovation.

The chefs will showcase the very best of regional produce interpreted from a Tuscan and global culinary point of view. Some of the dishes that will be presented are Duck puff pastry cannoli, chickpeas puree, vinsanto reduction, artichokes and cheese lasgnaetta,olives breaded codfish filet with creamed potatoes and much more.

The chefs hope that the guests who attend will discover a whole new selection of Italian dishes that are simple enough for them to prepare at home, but also to broaden their understanding that Italian food is as diverse as Indian food.

Assisted by our very own Chef Jacopo Avigo, this indeed will be a gastronomical spectacle of sorts. The special culinary display will be complimented by wines from across the world.
