Pune, 29th November 2019: This festive season Marriott Suites Pune gives you an opportunity to enjoy the finer things in life. Chef Massimo Verzini will be playing with the most coveted ingredient in the world and putting together a delectable menu.

Truffles are an extraordinary ingredient and are available for a few months in a year, starting from October. They have an intoxicating aroma which is very distinctive and gastronomically appealing. Chef Massimo’s menu includes some of the choicest dishes like Gnocchi Ripieni Di Scarmoza, Salsa Al Tartufo Bianco (homemade gnocchi stuffed with smoked scarmoza, white truffle sauce, French butter ), Risotto Al Parmigiano ( A great marriage: risotto cooked in Parmigiano Reggiano water for an extraordinary creamy texture ), Tagliolini Cacio E Pepe ( fresh homemade tagliolini, pecorino cheese and black pepper emulsion ).

Guests can end their meal on a sweet and very sinful note with a truffle themed dessert, Tagliata, Rucola E Grana ( Chocolate Salami Shape, Cookies, Honey Truffle )
