April 2024, New Delhi: Andaz Delhi – Hyatt’s first luxury and lifestyle hotel in India is hosting a special Vietnamese Pop-Up at their modern foodhall, AnnaMaya, in association with Hyatt Regency Danang. From 15th April 2024 to 21st April 2024, guests can indulge in an authentic Vietnamese culinary experience, which would be exclusively curated by Sous Chef Ms. Nguyen Thi Lua and Chef Anh Thi Vo from Hyatt Regency Danang.

The Vietnamese Pop-Up at AnnaMaya promises an enticing array of appetisers, including Vietnamese Pancakes, Crispy Seafood Spring Rolls, and Five Spicy Lamb Skewers, among others. For the main course, guests can relish Vietnamese Chicken Bread, Crab Stir, Vietnamese Coconut Lamb Curry, and more, all crafted using authentic Vietnamese flavours and techniques. The cooling Coconut Pudding dessert will add a refreshingly sweet taste to your palate.

The menu starts at INR 800 plus taxes, offering a unique dining experience for guests eager to explore the vibrant culinary landscape of Vietnam.
