Chef Paul Kinny and his team are all set to offer guests an intensely aromatic and opulent experience with their signature dishes and recipes as part of the specially curated Asian Grills menu. 

Guests can witness chefs showcasing their culinary expertise in firing up the grills and cooking authentic Asian delicacies with an unparalleled view that overlooks Mumbai’s green oasis, the Racecourse along with panoramic views of the Arabian Sea.

The Asian grill’s menu will offer diners a culinary experience and inventive delicacies such as Sichuan Button Mushroom Skewers, Vietnamese Roasted Pork Ribs, Cantonese Lamb Skewers, Thai Grilled Red Snapper, and Black Pepper Asparagus amongst others.
