Baburao has over 16 years of work experience and has worked with Sarovar group, ITC Fortune, St Laurn Meditation & Spa, Sterling Holiday Hotel.

His last employment was with Jivanta Hotels as an Area General Manager.He has completed Diploma in Hotel Management in 2003 from the Metropolitan Institute of Hotel Management Pune.
