21st August 2023, Bangalore: Indulgence meets innovation as Brik Oven and Ulo come together to launch Bangalore’s first-ever Ice-Cream Pizza. Two iconic brands join forces to introduce a culinary masterpiece that brings you the best of both worlds – the Double D’oh Delight. Launching on the 18th of August, the tantalising creation will be available across all Brik Oven outlets in Bangalore. 

This limited-edition dessert pizza is poised to captivate the hearts of pizza aficionados and ice cream enthusiasts alike. The base of the pizza is made with a buttery cookie dough crust and layered with Ulo’s creamy cookie dough ice cream. The toppings for this special pizza include – Cookie Dough “Pepperoni slices,” and “Olives” crafted from Cookie Butter Ganache.

Giving pizzas a sweet twist, the Double D’oh Ice-Cream Pizza is a dessert you cannot miss! Whether looking to treat oneself or for a unique dessert to enjoy with friends and family, this delightful creation is set to become a new favourite.
