Buon Appetito with the Italian Food & Wine promotion at Sofitel Mumbai BKC In association with Ferrari Mumbai

Mumbai, 13th June: The buoyancy and essence of Italy will be brought alive at the Sofitel Mumbai BKC from today as they launch the Italian Food and Wine promotion in partnership with the legendary Italian car brand Ferrari. Two stunning brands come together, to bring an eclectic culture alive in the heart of the city, at a property that has become a landmark in the metropolis. Italian gastronomy with its authentic taste and flavors, specially crafted by the Executive Sous Chef – Prakash Lopes will be on offer, presented and styled by the culinary expertise of his team.

Guests may go ‘Delicioso!’, as they cherish the simplicity of Italian delights that are complimented with exquisite wines at Le Bar Diamantaire, the Lobby Lounge. The ambiance of Le Bar Diamantaire will illustrate supremacy and panache as the legendary Italian brand, Ferrari will have its car park on the porch and merchandise displayed inside the outlet. Le Bar Diamantaire is famous for an exquisite Wine Tower with over 800 bottles of wine and over 120 varied varieties. Guests will be privy to an Italian affair, consisting of popular highlights from different regions of Tuscany, Sicily, Piedmont, and Veneto, paired with the finest Italian wines.

Chef Lopes has researched intricate details about Italian cuisine and brought that knowledge to the table. Some of the notable dishes of the sumptuous spread would be Panzanella, Arranchini, Gnocchi Alla Sorrentino, Risotto Primavera and more curated by the talented culinary team of the luxury hotel.

Time: Lunch – 12:30 p.m. to 02:30 p.m. and Dinner – 07:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
