To make your Independence Day celebration more interesting, Aajisai has curated their Independence Day Special Menu. The magnum-opus, Aajisai, the fine-dining Japanese dine den on the 5th Floor of Quest Mall, has made that possible! Over the past one and a half years, it has been pleasing the gourmands of Kolkata with a hand full of experiences like never before!

In a first-of-its-kind in Kolkata, the fully automatic Sushi Conveyor belt for a-la-carte dishes has already blown away the city of joy with its unique and inviting aspect. This Independence Day Aajisai has come up with mouthwatering dishes within a price range of Rs.250/- to Rs.375/- + taxes , adding the tricolor vibes to them. Starting with a Tri-colour mocktail, which is a perfect concoction of Kiwi, Apple, Fresh Cream, and Mango Pulp.

Aajisai is also offering Tri-colour sushi for the city people, both Veg & Non-Veg, with a combination of Salmon, cheese, mayonnaise, cucumber roll/asparagus roll outside covered with tri-color tempura bits or spinach and carrot.

And as we all know, it’s the City of Joy that never sleeps without desserts after a meal, Aajisai has a mouth-watering Independence Day Dessert named Tri-colour ice cream for the city folks as well, with a combination of coconut, green tea, and orange basil, Aajisai welcome all the city patrons to come along and honour the day with Japanese food to be your host for the Independence day.
