The menu is a compilation of the all-time classic favourites from Kerala, including Avial (A mélange of vegetables cooked with coconut and cumin); Pacha kaya Kallan  (Raw banana cooked with coconut and black pepper in tempered yoghurt); Olan (Ash gourd and long beans simmered in coconut milk and ginger); Urulakezhangu Mezhukkuperatti (Chilli marinated roasted potatoes with coconut oil); Mathangya Vannpayaru Erissery (Red pumpkin and red beans in coconut and cumin spice mix); Vendakka Pullissery (Okra simmered in curried yoghurt); and Ulli Theeyal (Shallots in a toasted coconut and tamarind curry). Round off the meal with the all-time favourite desserts, Ada Pradhaman (Rice flakes and coconut milk pudding); and Karutha Halwa (Black rice and jaggery pudding).
