Description: Goan food is extremely different from the food of other regions and this can be attributed to its rich and diverse cultural heritage (highly inspired by the Portuguese)  It’s a potpourri of flavours: beef, pork, coconut, jaggery, cashew and an endless variety of seafood. If you love southern seas-side spices as much as we do, you will love the Goan cuisine class, where we teach you local favourites like juicy prawns cooked in coconut milk-based Goan curry, The crunchiest Rawa fish flavoured with ginger, garlic and red chillies are fried to perfection and garnished with aromatic coriander, Spicy pork Sorpotel and more.
