Copitas Bar Takeover by Botanik

Copitas, the destination bar at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru has emerged as the city’s hippest address for beverage artistry. In the latest event, the team plays host to Botanik Bistro Bar, which was recently named Asia’s 73rd best bar by @50bestbars and is Colombo’s darling rooftop address.

On 19th and 20th November Copitas will be hosting the Botanik team for a special showcase across two evenings, to guests, gourmands and cocktail aficionados of Bangalore.

The beverage menu is a fine collection of craft cocktails with freshness firmly rooted as a theme.

The concoctions are a clever mix of simple ingredients mixed well, with a little signature spin. Think Rhubarb Spritz with rhubarb, rosemary and green cucumber adding subtle summer notes to the aperol, or Pandan with the eponymous leaf as its beating heart, or the Golden Shrub, which is a pleasing melange of all things Sri Lankan, like ripe passion fruit, coconut, cardamom and turmeric.

Botanik Bistro and Bar, on the rooftop of the Fairway Colombo hotel in Fort, has become a much-loved space in itself. The spaces incorporate elements of nature and the same refreshing theme is a recurring dialogue in the beverage menu as well.

This Bar Takeover showcases some specially curated cocktails from Botanik, which spun into the limelight as No 73 in Asia’s Best Bars lists, upping the style quotient a few notches up. The takeover is a collaboration between The Soul Company, together with Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru, Moët Hennessy and The Dram Attic.

Copitas has recently staged Takeovers by Bar Tesouro from Goa and PCO, one of the country’s oldest and most well-known speakeasy bars from New Delhi
