• Sauces – Japanese spicy mayo, Wasabi mayo.
• Each student will get to make three variations of veg or non-veg  of sushi rolls.
• Learn to make sushi rice from scratch.

• Hosomaki Roll – Philadelphia roll, Dynamite Roll, Garden Roll.
• Uramaki Roll – Dragon shrimp.
• Temaki Sushi – (cone shaped sushi)
