Deepak Sampath appointed Rooms Division Manager at The Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport

Image result for Holiday Inn logoMumbai,15th December 2017: Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport, part of the InterContinental Hotels Group announced the appointment of Deepak Sampath as the Rooms Division Manager. Deepak brings aboard over 16 years of extensive experience in his field.

At Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport, he will be responsible for securing a consistent high guest feedback rating by putting in measures that include training the team, guest relations management and repeat guest business through loyalty program enrolments. His responsibilities also include administering internal expense control measures resulting in higher profitability of the division and thereby contributing positively to the hotel profitability.

Commenting on the appointment, Mr. Suraj Kumar Jha, General Manager, Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport said, “We are pleased to have Deepak Sampath lead our team responsible for rooms at the hotel. Prior to Holiday Inn, Deepak has experience in five-star hotel operations with The Park (Bangalore), Ista Hotels, Hyatt Bangalore and Radisson Blu Mahabalipuram, Chennai. He has helped in successful openings of hotels like The Park and Ista Hotels and setting up of the brand Hyatt in Bangalore.
