Dine like a Bawa this Navroz at The Square of Novotel Pune

Pune, 16th March: Dine like a Bawa this Parsi New Year on Thursday, 21st March at Novotel Pune’s all day diner – The Square. It is set to feature an elaborate brunch to celebrate the festival of Navroz. Patrons are welcomed on Thursday, 21st March from 12.00 – 4.00pm to meet, greet and eat together.

The celebration will include a wide spread of authentic Parsi preparations to suit the occasion. To begin with will be frams, flavoured soda and Salli Per Edu on the live counter. The highlights of the huge menu spread will include the popular Mutton Dhansak to top the list, not to be missed Patra ni Macchi & Berry Pulav, the very loved Salli Marghi that is tender on the inside and crispy on the outside and many more.

While the lunch will be an elaborate affair, Lagan Nu Custard will complete and conclude the festive dining on a sweet note. To cap off the celebration, the festival at Novotel Pune will have wheat grass planters as souvenirs for guests.
