Valentine’s Day is around the corner and what better way to spend the evening with your loved one than an extravagant Cantonese dinner right under the stars along with a complimentary glass of sparkling Rose wine at Hakkasan on Friday, 14^th February 2020. Dine under the stars as the roof of Hakkasan’s Main Dining Room opens to a star-lit sky!

Start your intimate dining experience by sipping on signature Hakkasan style cocktails like the Hakkatini with orange vodka, Campari, brandied Cointreau, apple and orange bitters; Golden Era with dark rum, fennel, lemon and Prosecco, Thyme & Plum with gin, Umeshu, thyme, white wine and thyme mist from the Only At collection or the soft cocktail fruity blend – Ede withred grapes, rose sugar, lychee and soda water.

The food menu features hearty soups and salads like Hot and sour soup with chicken, tofu, bamboo shoot and shiitake mushroom, Chinese wild mushroom soup with supreme fungus, bamboo pith and wolfberry and the Crispy duck salad with pomelo, pine nut and shallot. From the dim sum menu, choose options like Spicy jackfruit dumpling, Chicken and prawn hibiscus dumpling, Shacha chicken puff or the signature Har gau. A signature Hakkasan experience is often incomplete without it’s wok dishes like the Tofu and aubergine clay pot in black bean sauce, Mabo tofu, Grilled Chilean seabass in honey, Grilled Konkan jumbo prawns with Shimeji mushroom in spicy sauce, Braised pork belly with truffle sauce and mantou and more with rice and noodles like Edamame and egg fried rice, Truffle braised noodles with shimeji mushrooms or the Five style wild rice in fragrant chilli and celery.

Round off your meal with the indulgent Lucky Jie, a red hued dessert with salted caramel ganache, mandarin, chilli and cocoa that is presented as a Chinese knot of love to signify good fortune and togetherness.
