Started sometime in the 60’s, Kolkata’s unique cabin culture is now almost a forgotten part of the history. The cabins designed to be the hub of intellectual and political discussions, creative pursuits, had a very distinctive menu that was reflective of the kind of patrons it catered to and the timing of their visit

At Esplanade that is what we want to bring to our patrons through this month-long pop-up, the distinctive menu from the cabins of north Kolkata that has really stood the test of time.
