Mahesh brings in over 22 years of diverse culinary and food & beverage management experience. In his new position, he will be spearheading the award winning specialty restaurants, Alba, poolside Indian restaurant Spice Terrace, all-day dining restaurant, JW Kitchen, contemporary Bar Uno, Merak, offering Asian fare, exotic cocktails and vibrant nightlife and NuAir and overseeing kitchen operations.

Mahesh has been associated with eminent global hospitality brands and was last associated with the picturesque Maldives as the pre – opening Director of Food & Beverage at InterContinental Maldives Maamuagau Resort. He has previously led culinary teams, most notably at Hyatt Hotels and Taj Hotels in India and overseas.

A consummate F&B leader and quintessential chef, Mahesh finds himself in his elements forging new restaurant concepts and curating niche dining experiences. He opines that F&B is the face of the hotel, the biggest driver of positive sentiment and thus guest delight.
