Pune, January 2018: Conrad Pune, the debut property of the Hilton brand in India is all set to host a unique 10 Chefs- 10 Plates festival offering the most popular or most loved dishes of 2017 at Zeera- the Indian Specialty Restaurant in the hotel. The 10 day long festival will start from 18th January 2018 to 28th January 2018. Even as we bid goodbye to the year gone by, get ready to welcome the New Year with new beginnings and newer culinary experiences with Conrad!

During this festival, 10 Chefs from the culinary team of Conrad Pune will be showcasing their best and most loved dishes of 2017 supported by patrons and guests at the hotel. The festival will showcase an amalgamation of the most innovative and traditional recipes across cuisines alongside the regular buffet brunch at Zeera.

Guests can enjoy a delectable spread of vegetarian and non-vegetarian specialties such as Wild Mushroom and Truffle Kulcha, Chyawanprash Foam, and Wangyacha Bharit with Thepla Taco. The chefs will also be preparing some traditional dishes such as Kataifi- a popular Greek pastry using a choice of vegetarian or non-vegetarian fillings, Miaan Khaam- a royal Thai specialty serving Salad Bites wrapped in leaves and the popular Malwani Sukka Chicken and Potato Bravas.

And that’s not all; patrons can also end their meal on a sweet note with some mouth-watering desserts such as the Red Micro Cake and Moet Rose and Strawberry Sorbet!
