Experience the Soulful Journey of Vietnamese Food & Art at Honk, Pullman New Delhi Aerocity

~The upscale property to host multiple international food festivals~

New Delhi, 25^th November, 2019: Pullman New Delhi Aerocity in association with Sofitel Saigon Plaza is all set to showcase ‘Vietnamese Food and Art Festival’ at Honk, the Pan Asian signature restaurant. Chefs Vo Thi Diem and Phuong Thanh Thao My have been specially flown into the capital from Sofitel Saigon Plaza, Vietnam to curate the authentic cuisine of both international and contemporary flavours at the festival.

The 10-day festival was inaugurated in the presence of Mr. Pham Sanh Chau, Vietnamese High Commissioner to India and Mr. Biswajit Chakraborty, General Manager Delegate, Pullman & Novotel New Delhi Aerocity. The festival is scheduled from the 22nd November to 1st December at Honk by Pullman for food enthusiasts to enjoy international cuisine.

During the festival, exclusive contemporary paintings by the Asian Art house are also displayed at Artist Playground by Pullman next to Honk and Café Pluck. These modern-day artworks from Vietnam are expressive, yet provoking and distinctive, where vibrant colours are the most important component and each shade blends with the other in perfect harmony.

Admired for its fresh ingredients, minimal use of dairy and oil, complementary textures and herbs and vegetables- traditional Vietnamese cooking is considered to be one of the healthiest cuisines in the world and is a treat for the senses. The food features a combination of five fundamental tastes and each Vietnamese dish has a distinctive flavour which reflects one or more of these elements.
