Gin & Tonic Week at Epitome Lower Parel, Mumbai

April 07th 2022, MUMBAI: This weekend, Epitome begins a weeklong celebration of the most popular cocktail of the last few years- the Gin and Tonic. Visit Epitome in Lower Parel from the 9th-16th of April and try their exquisitely crafted Gin and Tonics. Not only have they created this special Gin and Tonic menu to celebrate International Gin and Tonic Day on the 9th of April, they have also gone one step ahead to pair them with some of their most popular dishes. 

Using fresh ingredients like raspberries, inhouse crafted elderflower liqueur, homemade jams, oranges and blackberries, the mixology team lead by award-winning mixologist Mahesh Panigrahi at Epitome has crafted 7 G & T’s.Mahesh says” We have been working on this Gin and Tonic week for the last 12 days, preparing homemade jams, sherbets and liqueurs and are really excited for our patrons to try them out.” The Parisian G & T with a dash of champagne and elderflower liqueur is paired with the subtle taro leaf and hung curd flavours of the Patra Kebab. Guilty Pleasures: Drop of Dawn G & T with its minty and chocolatey taste with grated dark chocolate is paired with the intense Schezwan Drumsticks. Brie and Basil Phyllo Parcels go with their refreshing lemon and raspberry infused Butler’s Quench G & T. And not to miss the Sticky Poison G & T infused with homemade jam paired with Black Pepper Shitake Mushrooms.
