Windsor Chocolatier, a renowned brand for finest handmade Belgian chocolates has achieved another landmark.
The brand has made the heaviest chocolate bar named ‘Eleanor’ and received an acknowledgement from Limca Book of Records.
The bar weighed 651 kg and it was made at the company’s Gurgaon premises on 8th June 2016.
A group of six, headed by Chef Rhea Gupta were involved in the making of the chocolate bar.
The team used Belgian Coverture Chocolate Semi Sweet (Dark 53%).
The melting of the chocolate started on 5th June 5, 2016 and ended on 8th June 2016. The total time consumed was 72 hr.
