Hotels adopting new customer loyalty program for the Customers

In the growing competitive market along with the emergence of new online market, the hotels are trying their best to attract their customers with lucrative offers.

Under this segment Starwood Hotels and ITC has already joined hands and entered into a deal which allows ITC’s guests to redeem their points at any of the Starwood properties and allows Starwood’sguests to redeem their points at ITC properties in India.

The offer also includes free room nights, food and beverage consumption along with offers for their retail brand Wills Lifestyle.

unnamedLast year Hilton also launched a campaign- ‘Stop Clicking Around’ in which they claimed to be the biggest and boldest campaign in 97-year history of the company.

According to which exclusive discounted rates has been provided to over 55 million Hilton HHonors members and underlined the benefits of booking directly through Hilton’s channels.
