This festive season, Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata channels the spirit of dual celebrations of Diwali and Bhai – Dooj with a specially curated ‘Rajwada ‘Diwali – themed buffet for the patrons. A quintessential occasion meal always starts with some lip smacking starters such as ‘Badami Paneer Roll’, ’AjmeriMurgh Masala’,’JodhpuriSukhaMachli’ to nam a few.The menu has a range of flavourful salads including ‘Roasted Root Veg Salad’.’Roasted Duck and Fennel Salad’ and lots more. The lunch and dinner buffets will have  a ‘Rajwada’ live station with a varied options of dishes to choose from like ,’Bajre Ki Khichdi with Ghee and Gud’, ‘Bati-Plain and Masala’, ‘Dal Panchmela’ , ‘Churma-Rose and Nuts’ and ‘Bajreka Roti’. The long list of vegetarian and non-vegetarian main courses allures the guests. The offerings are ’Nawabi Paneer Korma’, ‘ Banjara Gosht’, ‘Gatteki Pulao’, ‘Safed Murgh’ and many more.

Vertex-the liquid restaurant will be offering delectable delicacies on an a la carte basis.
